In her negative review of both L’Oreal Elnett Very Volume Hair Spray and Garnier Fructis Bamboo Maxihold Hairspray, the reviewer said Kiehl's Climate Proof Shine Enhancing Non-Aerosol Spray was superior to both but difficult to find in Ireland.
